		<description><![CDATA[hi daniel,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the University of Texas Health Science Center has an Undeserved Dermatology Fellowship in Family Medicine.  according to their website, you will work at their Skin Clinic 5 days a week under direct supervision of Dr. Usatine.  he literally &quot;wrote the book&quot; on dermatology in family medicine.  in addition to your derm clinic responsibilities, you attend lectures with the Dermatology residents &amp; faculty.  lastly, you keep up your FM skills by teaching &amp; working w/ the residents a couple times a week.  no night call or inpatient responsibilities.  $60,000 for 12 months.]]></description>
